We are delighted to be appointed to carry out a survey of Low and High Rise Buildings of Non Traditional Construction for the Circle Anglia Group.
The transfer of housing stock from Merton Borough Council to Merton Priory Homes (part of the Circle Anglia Group) is due to take place in March 2010. The non-traditional properties have a significant impact on future business planning due to the assured life structural repair requirements; this survey will provide detailed information on the structural condition of these properties to allow production of detailed budgets and work programmes.
The properties comprise: Orlit, Wimpey and Wates construction types and include high rise blocks of more than 6 stories.
Visual and intrusive survey methods shall be used to determine the condition of the properties in line with the Non Traditional Homes Appraisal Scheme.
